With 4+ years of experience and a deep passion for massage therapy, I aim to offer more than just relief—I want to help you feel at home in your body. Whether you’re coming in to relax, recover, or reconnect, each session is shaped around your needs.
I blend deep tissue, therapeutic, and relaxation techniques in a way that’s thoughtful, responsive, and often a little different than what clients are used to—because no two bodies move or feel the same.
If you’re looking for someone to help you unwind or explore how your body moves and holds stress, I’d be happy to work with you.
I’m available Thursdays and Fridays and always open to conversation about what kind of care would serve you best.
Hello! I am so glad that you are taking this brave step for yourself.
I am a Registered Social Worker practicing psychotherapy in Waterloo and virtually across Ontario.
I believe strongly in the power that relationships, connection, and community play in our wellbeing. I walk alongside individuals and couples navigating major transitions and experiences in their lives with the aim of supporting healing, values alignment, mind-body connection, and self-compassion.
I work with folks navigating complex change and trauma - concerns like complex fertility and postpartum health journeys (including TRMR and abortion), grief, trauma, family dynamics, childhood trauma, co-parenting, relational trauma, depression, and anxiety.
I practice collaboratively, which means we will work together to co-create a space where you can explore your unique stories and goals with openness and curiosity. You can expect a space in which you set the agenda, and we work together to get curious, plan strategies, and gently challenge stories that are no longer working for you.
I hold certification in Death, Dying, and Bereavement, and have trained in Perinatal Mental Health and Psychotherapy, Gottman Method for couples and relationships, and trauma processing. I primarily work within Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks, and may draw upon Solutions Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), or Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I ground my work in lenses including feminist, Polyvagal, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) theories.
Outside of working with clients, you can often find me adding to my TBR list, on a bike, or lifting weights. I am a Director at Emmanuel Early Learning and Care, and am a member of the National Abortion Federation.
If you have questions about working together, if you would like to discuss Sliding Scale fees, or if you would like to connect in writing instead of a Discovery Call, please email me at carly.greco.msw@gmail.com for more information.
Jessica Jokic is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, earning a Master’s in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc). She brings a uniquely holistic perspective to her practice, shaped by over 20 years as a professional firefighter, her role as a mother of two, and a lifelong connection to movement and sport.
Having grown up as an athlete and spent decades in a physically demanding profession, Jessica deeply understands the mindset of individuals who challenge their bodies daily. Her personal journey of injury and recovery sparked a strong belief in the body’s innate ability to self-heal and self-regulate when supported with the right care.

Whether working with athletes, active professionals, mothers and parents or anyone seeking to restore function and balance, Jessica is committed to helping clients reconnect with their body’s natural rhythm and healing intelligence.
