We are located above Seven Shores Cafe, at the corner of Regina and Dupont St. Our entrance and parking are at the back of the building. Walk into the door marked "Yoga Studio" and come up the flight of stairs where you will find our offices.
*Please note that our office is accessible via a steep flight of stairs which may limit access for some folks. If the stairs pose a limitation for you, please send us an email to discuss this further.
